TOP RENTAL INDUSTRY ACCOLADE FOR JCB

JCB has been honoured by a leading industry association for developing equipment that meets the specific needs of the rental sector.

The European Rental Awards ceremony – organised by the European Rental Association (ERA) and International Rental News magazine - took place in Amsterdam during an industry convention at the International Rental Exhibition and the APEX aerial platform show.

Martin Sebestyen, Chairman of the ERA’s Technical Committee awarded the first-ever Special Recognition Award to JCB as a “manufacturer that has demonstrated a commitment to designing products tailored for the rental industry”. The award was presented to George Bamford, who was accompanied on stage by Yvette Henshall-Bell, JCB Group Managing Director, Global Key Accounts.

Claudio Fiorentini, Managing Director of Major Global Accounts and Special Projects said: “Everyone at JCB should be really proud of this accolade because the decision to award it to JCB was made by the rental companies themselves. This Special Recognition Award makes everyone's hard work very worthwhile.”
