527 58M
JCB manufactures the industry’s best-selling range of telehandlers. Like the range of commercial telehandlers, the 527-58M is purpose built and designed to offer class leading performance and productivity.
JCB’s world leading range of telehandlers feature some of the most innovative design in the industry. In fact, JCB was the first equipment manufacturer in the industry to build a hi-viz telehandler which offers nearly 360 degrees of visibility. This is thanks to a low boom pivot and low profile engine cover.
This machine uses a stepless hydrostatic transmission and four-wheel steer for superb manoeuvrability. It’s also got JCB’s EcoMAX engine for improved power and performance. The 81 kW unit produces its power and torque at low revs, meaning that the engine has to work less hard than rival machines.
Good ground clearance and four wheel drive give this compact telehandler excellent mobility in any conditions and terrain.
535 95
The JCB 535-95 is a 3-stage telescopic handler within the medium sized range. Stabilisers are not required on this model, increasing cycle times. It uses our award-winning new EcoMAX engine and sits on a chassis that’s designed for load-bearing and stability.
This machine has the capability to operate as a loader, as well as material handler. JCB’s Smoothride System (SRS) cushions shocks from the boom, helping to maintain a loose load.
There’s excellent rearward visibility on a 535-95, courtesy of a low boom profile and low boom pivot. This is also due to our exhaust system being hidden behind the chassis side plate.
The 535-95 comes with 4WD as standard and limited slip differential axles, helping to maintain traction and performance even in soft and muddy terrain. There’s also an optional transmission dump on the foot brake for superb multi-functioning when loading or rehandling.
The machine can be supplied with 2 different fork frames. One larger frame is designed to lift and stack 20ft ISO containers. The other, the unique patented JCB wheeled fork frame, has previously been supplied specifically to load and unload 20ft ISO containers. See information on this below.
540 140
The JCB 540-140 Hi-Viz is a larger variant 3-stage Loadall with a 14 metre reach. This combined with the low rear pivot point enables it to reach to the back of a 40ft ISO container. When equipped with the JCB wheeled fork frame, full loading and unloading operation is possible. Stabiliser legs are fitted as standard.
The cab is one of the largest around, boasting class-leading low noise levels; excellent air flow, ventilation and demisting; optional air conditioning; fully adjustable steering column and optional suspension seat.
The cooling fan airflow is now angled upwards, reducing dust build-up. The optional reversible cooling fan allows debris to be cleared from the cooling pack and the fan can be disengaged for wading applications.
541 70
The JCB 541-70 is a large telescopic handler which benefits from our award-winning new EcoMAX engine and sits on a chassis that’s designed for load-bearing and stability. This model has been approved to be underslung from a Chinook and can be transported inside a C130.
This machine has the capability to operate as a loader, as well as material handler. JCB’s Smoothride System (SRS) cushions shocks from the boom, helping to maintain a loose load.
The 541-70 has three selectable steer modes and 350mm ground clearance from floor to axle, providing excellent rough terrain capabilities.
