JCB TOEPLATES ARE AVAILABLE IN A WIDE RANGE OF SIZES AND TYPES, TO SUIT ALL BUCKET AND SHOVEL APPLICATIONS

JCB dealers can supply a wide range of bucket and shovel types to suit every operating function and help maximise machine performance.

At the cutting edge of every bucket, the Toeplate is critical to the structure and performance of the whole assembly. The correct choice of Toeplate helps reduce bucket wear and maximise machine output performance.

Toeplates can be single or double edged and may be drilled to accept bolt-on Wearparts or left plain for weld-on adaptors.

All JCB Toeplates are manufactured from the highest grade steel, which is capable of being welded for incorporation into the bucket structure.

JCB PINS AND BUSHES ENSURE MAXIMUM PERFORMANCE AND SAFETY

It is easy to overlook how important these relatively simple components are to the smooth functioning of a machine. Pins and bushes allow machines to perform their full range of movements, enabling accurate digging, grading, loading, placement and steering.

JCB pins are made from the very highest quality materials to ensure maximum performance and safety. Across the range, JCB employs a variety of technologies to suit the application, such as Manganese Phosphate (Rocol) coating or induction hardening.

These may not be present in spurious pins sold in the aftermarket which will not perform to the same level.

Only JCB pins and bushes will return a machine performance to ‘as new’ and they can be kept in first class condition with regular maintenance.

AN EXTENSIVE RANGE OF STEELS TO SUIT EVERY JCB HYDRAULIC BREAKER

From the Micro and Mini CX right up to the largest excavator, a range of steels is available to ensure maximum output from the breaker and excavator, whatever the application. JCB steels are manufactured from high grade steel, minimising operating costs by providing maximum life.

Moil

Universal - for layered rock and reinforced concrete, where twisting could occur.

Pyramid point

This steel is used instead of a moil for all steels above 100mm diameter.

Chisel

Standard tool for penetrative work, e.g. foundations, trenching and demolition. Narrow, wide and transverse chisels are available for specific models of breakers.

Blunt

For impact breaking, e.g. oversizes and demolition and for hard rock into which steel will not penetrate.

No hydraulic breakers or their steels will function correctly without adequate lubrication. Always specify one of the specially formulated JCB Hammer greases for maintenance of JCB breakers.

CAST AND FORGED TEETH FOR MINI EXCAVATORS

These teeth are manufactured from the highest quality raw materials and are specifically designed to suit many makes of mini excavators in the 800kg – 5 tonne class.

Derived from the same technology as the JCB Supertooth, JCB mini excavator teeth offer the performance you need and expect from JCB – in a smaller package. This range is available in cast form for normal duty and forged for heavier duty applications – the best of both worlds. JCB mini excavator teeth feature a single flange design. This gives a flat profile to the bottom of the bucket allowing a clean finish to trench bottoms.

THE WEARPARTS SYSTEM OF CHOICE FOR MANY USERS OF JCB AND OTHER MAKES EXCAVATORS AND WHEELED LOADING SHOVELS IN THE 9 TO 30+ TONNE CLASSES

A two part system with weld-on 2 strap adaptors and easy fit tooth tips. JCB offer a range of superior quality forged teeth and adaptors to suit not only JCB but many other makes of excavator. All offer high durability, giving excellent performance and long life. Reduced downtime during tip changes allows maximum up-time from the machine.

Designed using the same principles as the JCB Supertooth with high quality alloy steel and high levels of wearable material the JCB weld-on and bolt-on teeth are a preferred option for many JCB Customers.

SUPER V WEARPARTS ARE THE SYSTEM OF CHOICE FOR MANY USERS OF HEAVY CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT

These Wearparts have gained an enviable reputation in the market for outstanding productivity, long life and all round performance.

Made from high alloy cast steel, the Super V series is produced in a range of sizes and profiles from V17 to V51 to suit both excavator and wheeled loading shovel applications. The teeth tips feature greater hardness than the adaptors to increase their life; because they are also reversible their life is extended further.

Super V offers a slim profile adaptor with a solid section, helically formed nose and single vertical drive-in locking pin arrangement. This ensures positive locking and secure retention of the tooth tip.

Designed for JCB Backhoe Loaders and Midi Excavators the JCB Supertooth sets the Wearparts bench market for quality and durability.
