Veterans comprise over 10% of our workforce, and the JCB Veterans Club exists to promote the experience, leadership and teamwork that veterans bring to the company. Our vision is to create a veteran community within JCB in order to promote and support fellow veterans, encourage camaraderie, foster leadership and engage in community service. In the workplace, this creates a more supportive environment.
