Designed and built at JCB North America headquarters in Savannah, the JCB Teleskid is the world’s first and only skid steer and compact track loader with a telescopic Powerboom™, allowing it to lift higher, reach further and dig deeper than any skid steer on the market. Teleskid is also the only skid steer to combine the advantages of radial lift—for efficient excavating and grading—and vertical lift—for optimal lift capacity and height—in a single machine. The Teleskid is available in wheeled and tracked models, with rated operating capacities of 3,208 pounds and 3,695 pounds, respectively.
The new canopy option provides a rugged, rental-ready alternative to the positive-pressure, climate-controlled cab which has been standard on all Teleskid machines since the product launch in March 2017. Both the cab and new canopy option provide a 33 percent larger operator environment and 60 percent better visibility than comparable machines.

Teleskid features include the telescopic JCB Powerboom™ with a lift height of 13 feet 3 inches, forward reach of 8 feet, and a dig depth of 3 feet. This capability enables tasks not possible with a conventional skid steer, such as loading high-sided trucks without a ramp, reaching across a standard flatbed trailer and digging ditches.
