Northland JCB, headquartered in Wilmington, Massachusetts (and with additional dealer locations in Middleboro, MA, Shrewsbury, MA, Concord, NH, and Wallingford, CT) received the JCB Global Dealer Award for Customer Support.
Central to Northland JCB’s success is its focus on delivering customer value throughout the ownership experience. And a key component of that focus has been the installation of a JCB Uptime Center at the Wilmington head office. Here, a dedicated team monitors a constant stream of data from JCB LiveLink telematics systems installed on customer machines at job sites throughout New England. The data includes machine health and status information, which the team uses to provide customers with proactive product support and preemptive servicing, to minimize unplanned downtime and maximize the return on their machinery investment.
